SEATING CAPACITY (MAXIMUM):  (These numbers are based on 10 chairs per table)

• 200 people - Dinner Style
• 50 - 100 people - Classroom Style - (25 Tables with 2 or 3 to each table)
• 250 people - Auditorium Style 

TABLE & CHAIR STYLE AVAILABLE:  (Our staff will set them up according to floor plan provided.)

• Tables - 8' x 30 rectangular/29' high (10 chairs maximum per table)

• Chairs - Folding 

KITCHEN AREA:     Electric stove/oven, Refrigerator, Ice maker, Coffee pot, Coffee Urns, Microwave, and  Preparation/Cleanup area.

 

ALL FEES, SIGNED USE AGREEMENT, FLOOR PLAN, AND OTHER REQUESTS ARE DUE 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO A FUNCTION OR THE FUNCTION WILL BE CANCELLED.

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED
