HOURLY RENTAL FEE:   $ 70.00/hr. plus 7% sales tax

Hourly rental fee includes use of main room, tables, chairs, kitchen area, podium, TV/VCR, easel, PA system, I-POD Docking Station, WI-FI, Projector and Screen.

RESERVATION HOLD FEE REQUIRED TO HOLD DATE:

$ 50.00 (This will be subtracted from the total fee due)

ALCOHOL USE:   Permitted with the following requirements:

                1)  Approved by Director of Recreation

                2)  Liability and Host Liquor Liability Insurance (non-refundable fee)

        Minimum - $ 129.05 to $ 150.35

                3)  Fee determined on a case-by-case basis.

                100 people - Dinner Style

                156 people - Auditorium Style

  80 people - Classroom Style - 4 chairs to each table

TABLE & CHAIR STYLE AVAILABLE:   (Our staff will set them up according to floor plan provided.)

•                Chairs Folding - 30 (may be used when setting up auditorium style)

KITCHEN AREA:     Gas Stove/Oven, Food Warmers, Freezer, Refrigerator, Ice maker, Coffee Pots/Urns, Microwave, Preparation Area and Clean-Up Area.

 FLOOR PLANS:   Discussed and reviewed and approved by the Facilities Manager prior to the function date
